My Work

City to City’s aim is to facilitate church planting movements in the 65 most influential cities in the world. About half of those cities are in Europe. I had been working part-time with City to City in an adjunct staff role during the last three years at North Cincinnati(2011-2014), where I was involved in coaching and consulting with church planters  in several cities in Southern Europe.  On January 1, 2015,  I began working with CTC in a full-time capacity. My responsibilities will be to continue coaching and working with church planters in these cities: Lisbon, Barcelona, Madrid, Rome, Athens, Budapest, Zagreb, and Istanbul. In addition, I will take on responsibilities in some key North American cities, seeking to develop partnerships between North American churches and CTC’s target global cities. City to City  has asked me to raise a portion of my salary package for the first year, so I am also in the process of requesting support from friends and churches for one or two years, to offset CTC’s costs and further support the work of global church planting. I will continue to live in Cincinnati and travel from there.

    • Thank you Russell. As you can surmise, Ive been at it for almost a year now. Was running out of gas at NCCC and was time for a change. My associate has taken over. Life is very different for us now, being out of what I was doing for the last 21 years, but it’s a good change overall. Still live in Cincy, spend about ten weeks in Europe (7 cities) and the rest in U.S. Cities (11). I had to raise half of my salary for the first two years, namely 2015 and 2016. If you’d like to contribute, and I’d be honored and grateful, you may send checks payable to Redeemer City to City, 1166 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036, ATT: Sarah Davis. Please put my name on the memo line. I hope you and Jan are well. Have great memories of our days in ATL. Thanks for keeping in touch.
